How long does an over-the-range microwave installation take?

Most standard installations take about 1 hour. External venting or removal of an old unit can add time.

Do I need to provide the microwave?

Yes. We install the over-the-range microwave you purchased. Make sure it fits your cabinet opening (most are 30" wide).

What's the difference between recirculating and external venting?

Recirculating filters air and returns it to the kitchen — no ductwork needed. External (ducted) venting pushes air outside through existing ducts. Most over-the-range microwaves support both; we'll set up whichever your kitchen is configured for.

Will you uninstall my old microwave?

Yes. Uninstalling and taking down your old over-the-range microwave is included in the installation cost — no extra charge.

Will you dispose of my old microwave?

We can. Add the old-microwave haul-away & recycling option at checkout and we'll take the old unit away and recycle it responsibly.

When do I pay?

Payment is made in full at the time of booking through secure checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
