Liability Waiver

Please read this waiver carefully. It is part of your installation agreement.

Existing conditions. Over-the-range microwave installation involves working with your existing cabinetry, electrical outlet, and venting. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that are not visible or disclosed prior to the work.

Cabinetry and structure. Mounting hardware relies on the integrity of your cabinets and wall structure. We will use professional judgment, but we are not liable for failures caused by inadequate or damaged cabinetry, studs, or fasteners outside our control.

Electrical and venting. We assume a properly functioning, code-compliant outlet and venting path are present. We are not liable for issues arising from non-compliant existing systems.

Old unit removal. If old-unit haul-away is selected, you confirm the unit is yours to dispose of.

By proceeding with the installation you acknowledge and accept this waiver.
